SUBJECT: Registration of complaint under Maharashtra Protection of Interest of Depositors' Act 1999 and Rules there under.

REFERENCE: Complaint against M/s

I, the undersigned, do hereby submit this complaint for your kind action against aforesaid concern/ establishment. The said establishment has failed to pay interest/ fixed deposit amount on maturity as agreed and failed to honor the cheques of interest/ fixed deposit principal amount and failed to pay amount on demand.

The aforesaid establishment has acted in contravention of aforesaid Act and has committed breach of trust and contract by not honouring the cheques and not paying the amount as agreed.

The particulars of investment and dues alongwith other particulars are given in schedule I and the particulars regarding company and its directors and person responsible for making payment to me are given in schedule II here in below.

Hence, you are requested to register this complaint and attach the properties of aforsaid establishment as per Act.
