You can contact us for filing complaints or seek guidance:

First know the procedure for filing complaint with us by sending a request to procedure@consumergrievance.com  After you have read the procedure and you want to contact us to file a complaint, then please send your complaint duly signed by you through surface mail / courier only to address given in procedure mail. We do not take complaints through e-mail. We do not accept e-mail attachments. If you want any clarifications after you have read the procedure, please write to consumerhelp@sify.com (without e-mail attachments)

 

You can contact us for preparation of consumer complaint case-papers:

This service is available throughout India. No matter where you are, you can get our expert services and help for preparation of your case papers with a professional touch. 

 

We can assist you in preparation of the consumer complaint case-papers for submission in the consumer court. However, this is done at a very nominal charge. The charges depend on the subject matter, complicity of the case, extent of dealing, and many factors that are different for different cases. Unless we read your papers we will not be able to tell you the charges.

Do not mark us copies of your mails to other people/company. we are not interested to know what you are writing to them.

Do not send any document, complaint, etc. by e-mail or e-mail attachment.

 

Please send your complaints through surface mail / courier only. Enclose Xerox of all supporting documents. Please do not send any original documents. We shall not return the documents sent to us. We shall not be responsible for the loss of any documents during transit.
