International Consumer Rights Protection Council (ICRPC) is a non-profit, non-political, social service organisation, that is committed to the welfare and support of the economically weak consumers who need support and help to get justice at the marketplace.

The ICRPC offers full support to grieved consumers by trying settlement out of court,  or through the consumer court, or through relevant authority.

The basic aim of ICRPC is to fight against corrupt practices and educate consumers about consumerism and make them aware of their basic rights. The organisation also educates the consumer about the channels open for them to get their grievances redressed.

The ICRPC needs finance to carry on its commitments to the society. Most of the services by ICRPC are free to the consumers. An extensive website provides free information to the consumers and free legal aid is provided to the needy.

If sufficient funds are received, there are following plans to be implemented:

1) Production of a magazine that will reach the consumers and educate them at grass root level. The magazine shall contain issues related to the day to day problems of the consumer. It shall have very easy language supported by easy to understand illustrations. The magazine shall inform the consumer about the interesting decisions by higher courts, and the test reports of the commonly used consumer products.

2) Establishment of product testing lab.

3) Setting up Library containing books, periodicals, magazines and journals of consumer interests.

4) Production of audio and videos for consumer education and awareness.

5) Distribution of free booklets informing common man about how to take decision in buying a product to get real value for money.

Make donations in Indian Rupees by cheque (if from Mumbai or Thane) or demand draft (if outstation) drawn in favour of "ICRPC" or "International Consumer Rights Protection Council" payable at Thane, and send it to:
